PLAYERS
You may download, install, run and keep backup copies of this release for your
personal use. These permissions do not transfer ownership.

MOD AUTHORS
Independent mods that work with the launcher are welcome. You may use the
documented mod.json format and adapt the starter templates in the separate
Modder Kit to create and distribute your own mods. Keep the template notices
and identify your own changes. These permissions cover the documented
integration and starter templates, not the launcher or Exchange implementation.

COPYING AND AI-ASSISTED REPLICATION
Without written permission from Wasted Potential Studios, do not copy,
rebrand, republish or redistribute WPS-owned product code, artwork, branding
or documentation, or use those materials to produce a duplicate or derivative
product, including through an AI assistant or automated code-generation tool.
Do not use WPS-owned materials for AI model training or fine-tuning without
written permission. Do not remove or misrepresent author or copyright notices.
These restrictions do not prohibit independently written compatible mods,
ordinary bug reports or the expressly permitted uses above.

THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS
These terms apply only to WPS-owned contributions. UE4SS and its proxy retain
their upstream license, notices and permissions, supplied with the runtime.
Game names, game data and game imagery remain the property of their respective
owners. No WPS claim is made to those third-party materials. Nothing here
restricts rights granted by upstream licenses or rights that cannot be limited
under applicable law.
