When you submit an ISABELLA consultation request, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

- The project context included in your message
When you submit a gamer mod request, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:
- Gamer tag or display name and email address
- Nexus Mods username, if provided
- Game, related WPS mod, request type, platform, storefront or launcher, and game version
- The request title and the mod behavior, compatibility need, or player experience described in your message
- Confirmation that the submission is from someone age 13 or older and acceptance of the request terms
When you join WPS Field Notes, we collect your email address and record your explicit choice to receive occasional marketing and studio updates. The signup is not intended for anyone under 13.
Wix may also process technical information needed to host, secure, and operate the website, such as device, browser, cookie, request, and approximate location information.
Do not submit classified, export-controlled, regulated, personal, financial, health, or other sensitive information through the website forms. Do not submit game archives, mod packages, save files, crash dumps, license keys, account credentials, private messages, or personal information about another person through the gamer form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your quote or inquiry
- To evaluate a potential solution, arrange a meeting, and prepare a scoped proposal or quote

Consultation requests are submitted to Wix Forms and may be stored in Wix Forms, Wix Contacts, and related Wix business tools used by Wasted Potential Studios. Gamer mod requests are stored in a separate Wix Form and are not configured to create a marketing or sales contact automatically. Wix may still process the email and other form information to operate, secure, and route the submission and its owner notification. Newsletter email addresses, consent status, and delivery status are stored in Wix Email Subscriptions, Wix Contacts, and Wix Email Marketing. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and limit access to people who need the information for the purposes described in this policy.
We retain consultation and mod-request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement or game-mod idea, understand community demand, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. We retain newsletter subscription records until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the record is no longer reasonably needed for compliance. The forms are not intended for anyone under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 was submitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
