No. ISABELLA is an architecture for adaptive agents and simulations. A conversational interface can be part of a solution, but memory, perception, decision logic, structured actions, and system integration are the larger focus.

ISABELLA is designed for local-first and offline-capable architectures. The final deployment depends on the model, hardware, data, security requirements, and performance goals established during discovery.
