Requirements

For Bannerlord single-player. Village Recovery works with its defaults without MCM. MCM is optional for in-game adjustments and has its own dependencies; Village Recovery itself does not require Harmony, ButterLib, or UIExtenderEx.

Installation

  1. Subscribe on Steam, install the Nexus package through Vortex, or place the complete WPS_VillageRecovery folder inside Modules.
  2. Enable Village Recovery. If using MCM, load its requirements before the mod.
  3. Start or load your campaign.

Help a damaged village recover

Visit a damaged or looted village and choose its recovery option. Donate the requested supplies by category, or pay to buy available supplies from the linked market. Partial donations immediately restore their share of the village’s missing recovery.

You can ask a friendly kingdom’s clan leader to help their recovering village. Eligible computer-controlled clans can help their own villages or a friendly leader’s village. Completing recovery gives the helper +10 relationship with the villagers.

Default supplies

A full recovery calls for 100 hardwood, 10 tools, 10 hides, 3 linen, 100 grain, 100 meat, 100 grapes, and 100 fish: 523 items in total. A port village also needs 1 plank.

Each supplied item contributes its fraction of the remaining recovery. Optional MCM controls let you adjust supply amounts and how computer-controlled clans help. Without MCM, the published defaults apply.

If recovery is unavailable

Check that the village is still damaged or looted. Purchases require the linked market to have the requested stock.

The mod can be added to an existing campaign. Other mods that replace village menus or change raids and recovery can overlap. When requesting help, include the village and whether you were donating, buying supplies, or asking a clan leader.
