Make the most of your mod
Before you start
Extract the Launcher into a writable folder and keep Runtime beside WPS_Dune.exe. Keep Mods and State when updating.
Use Steam or Microsoft Xbox PC for local Singleplayer with BattlEye off. The two editions use the same downloads.
Current update

- Keeps existing mod names, settings and update identities.
Configure before playing
- Open Your mods and click the gold gear beside a supported mod.
- Choose a settings group, adjust the values and click Save settings.
- Enable the mod and its listed requirements, use Auto sort, then Launch selected mods. Settings apply on the next game launch.
Keep your mods current
Close the game before changing mods. Update the Launcher first while keeping Mods and State, then update Framework and your chosen mods.
Use Check for updates or Update all. Participating mods retain their existing identity and Nexus update chain; free accounts approve downloads on Nexus before installation.

Start with Launcher 2.1.1, then add Framework 1.7.1 when a selected mod requires it. Launcher and Framework are separate downloads.

- Remove a mod clearly: Delete mod names the highlighted mod and folder before sending the whole folder, including local settings, to the Recycle Bin. Other selections stay unchanged.
- Clear requirements: Sort dependencies and see missing requirements or conflicts before launch.
- Your installed PC copy: Find Steam and Xbox app / Microsoft Store installations, or browse to your game folder.
- A quicker start: Choose whether to skip the intro and splash screens.
